Personal Information

When you sign up for a membership or place an order through the Site, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information, to choose a username, or certain other personally identifiable information about yourself (“Personal Information”). We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are used to contact you regarding your order. We also do not collect any credit card information as all payments are processed through a third-party payment processor, and we disclaim any liability associated with the safe keeping of such information by our third-party processor.

The Site uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Site. Although the Company owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Site, you retain all rights to your data.
